Mama celebrates too....

We had a costume contest at work for Halloween....Key word is contest....there is a prize. Some might say that I can be a little competitive....but don't worry...I WON!!!!!! I was a flapper, black wig, feather headband, tassel dress, fishnets, garter, boa, beads and horribly uncomfortable shoes.

We also had a pot luck lunch and I brought kitty litter cake. It was toooooo funny. Most everyone ate it... Gross!

Halloween on parade

T's school has a halloween parade for all the parents to come and see the children in their costumes. It was sooooo sweet. Here are the few pictures I got of T, I was trying to take pictures and take a video all at the same time. I hope to get the video up soon so you all can see how adorable it was. Happy Halloween.....more pictures later of TRICK-OR-TREAT!!!!!

Just Farm Fun

We went to Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek for the Pumpkin & Chili Party. It was REALLY fun! They had rides, a petting zoo, a giant slide, pig races, bands, a juggling show (T got to be a helper for this one), pony rides, the list goes on and on. I didn't get very many pictures, sorry about that. I have to say one of my favorite things that night was when T and I went on the rollercoaster, I was nervous that she would get too scared even though she was determined to go. Once the ride started she ordered me to put my arms up and them squealed with delight the entire ride.

My Crazy Chick!!

There is a new outdoor shopping center right by our house and we went there after breakfast last weekend to walk around and check it out. This is how it went......

We wanted to go to the bookstore, and once we got to the end of the mall where it was located, we also found an outdoor fountain. There were other children there, one in a diaper, others just splashing a little, mine decided to take a bath fully clothed. You have to keep in mind that it is maybe 9 in the morning. The stores are not open and we are wondering what we are going to put on this soaking wet child. Not to mention that after a good 20 minutes in the water a security gaurd came over to tell everyone that the water has not been approved by the city and he would not recomend that the children play in it. You can tell by the pictures that there was not a single inch of T that wasn't completely covered by that water. Oh well, no reactions to it yet!

After a quick (maybe not so quick) trip to Old Navy we did make it to the bookstore. On our way back to the car we passed the open courtyard of the mall, fully equipt with a performance stage. What child could resist this, so my 3 going on 9 year old rock star/run way model strutted her stuff, did some improvisational dance and really did not care who was watching. Lets just say she had a great nap that day!
