Go Tae!!!!!
Hello out there…remember me…I have been sooo busy that I haven’t had anytime to share with the blog. My math class is kicking me in the rear (I would like to use another word here) but I am happy to say that I GET IT. I am remembering and understanding most of what we are doing, but it just takes SOOOO much time. The worst part of it is that my next class is math too… mercy….seriously!
The real reason for this post is that I just went to T’s parent teacher conference and I am so happy for her. I almost cried in the conference when her teacher told me that T is ready to start beginning reading. This is something that T has wanted to accomplish for several months and I am so happy that she has earned it. In order to reach this point there were several skills that T had to master before she could move on, and she did it! At last years conference I was questioning if the school we chose was a good match for T because she wasn’t really adapting to the Montessori Method, but now I am glad we stuck with it because she obviously gets it. She is one of the leaders of the class and is once again named the Mother of the younger students. She gets along with everyone and helps the new students understand the material. The one downfall on her performance report is that she likes to talk with her friends when the teacher is reading or talking….sounds about right. I love my girl and I am so proud of her. GO TAE!!!!!

Schnepf Farms....
We went to Schnepf Farms this past weekend...enjoy the cute pictures. Wasn’t the same as last year, just doesn’t feel like Fall when it is 103 outside. :( I guess we won't have snow for Christmas this year.
