Today was my orientation for the little part time job I got last week. I am really excited. Something mellow that will keep me busy but not exhaust me. I think it will be fun. I was excited to learn that a huge part of the company’s philosophy is giving back to the community. The location I am working for cooks and serves dinner at a local youth shelter once a month. I walked in to the office today to find that my name was already included (on a team) for a food drive contest. Little things like that make me smile. I enjoy giving back and find it amazing that a major corporation takes the time to participate too. I am also just thankful that I was finally able to find a job. Cheers to that!
It was so great to come home to dinner waiting for me and the family…Thanks Mom!!!! Do you know how amazing it is to not have to make dinner for a change???…AMAZING!
